Why do we Storytime.

There are two main reasons we want to help people build their brands.

The first comes from personal experience. My background is in logistics and supply chain systems, not marketing. When I started Storytime I found it overwhelming just how many different ways there are to approach marketing, branding, advertising, and strategy. I didn't know the difference between these terms, let alone how to apply them. It can be intimidating!

So the first reason, really, is to help people feel more confident in trying. In giving things a go. Not being so scared and overwhelmed of what's in front of them.

The second reason, is that with all the different things you need to know, it's hard to know where to start. We give people clarity and a clear sense of direction to help people remove some of those barriers in the way of trying.

Our never-ending goal is to help people transition from: "This is scary and I have no idea where to start." To: "I have a plan, it's on paper, here we go."

When you have a plan that you're confident in, because that plan has a clear set of steps, you can be more efficient with what you do and how much it costs you. An example is building a wooden house and realising halfway through that you need to build out of bricks instead. You can avoid that kind of trouble if you just spend a bit more time up front planning out what you're going to do in the first place.

I actually find that to be the hardest part - knowing WHAT to create. However, it's this step that is most crucial. If you know what you need to do, then the execution becomes pretty straight forward. That's why we help people plan. Plans create clarity. Plans are our way of helping people understand the reason, and then formulating a plan of action best suited.

Those are our main reasons for supporting you in creating your brand. We help people have a plan and with that the confidence to take on the challenge of starting a business Because without a plan not only can it be expensive, but it really can be difficult and daunting, that's why we are here to help.
