Storytime Studios is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers. Here is some important information regarding our shipping policies:

Shipping Methods:

We offer Australia Post standard shipping as part of the Free Shipping option provided at checkout. There is also an option for faster shipping via Australia Post Express Shipping. If this option is selected, it incurs an additional shipping and handling fee for the chosen products and their associated charges.

Shipping Fees:

Storytime Studios reserves the right to adjust shipping rates and options anytime, whether to reflect operational costs or for any other reason.

Shipping Times & Tracking:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, and if you have selected the Express Shipping option, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please look on the Australia Post website for estimated arrival times for shipping. 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to customers outside of our domestic region. However, please be aware that shipping rates, customs fees, and import taxes may apply. These additional costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Customs regulations and clearance procedures may also impact delivery times, so we recommend allowing sufficient time for international shipments.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Lost or Damaged Packages:

Storytime Studios cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the greatest care to ensure your products are in safe and appropriate packaging to avoid any damage during delivery.
